Day 3 - Section 1 - Advanced configuration

For this section we will use 2 main documents as reference:

• The reference documentation: This document contains a detailed explanation of all the advanced configuration topics covered in this section, including code examples and best practices.
• Practicals reference: This document provides step-by-step instructions for the practical exercises related to advanced configuration in Nextflow.

We will use both simultaneously during the practicals to guide exercises and provide context and reference material.
