Day 2

During day 2 we will expand from the basics to give you a deeper understanding of Nextflow. This includes:

• Connect together multiple processes in a workflow
• Better organize your code makeing your pipeline modular
• Introduction to containers for reproducible pipelines and their use in Nextflow
• Basic configuration to control a process execution and resource allocation
